THE HOME:
This 5BR home is one of Vail's best vacation rentals! Multiple outdoor spaces and a spacious layout.
It's generous floorpan of over 5,000 sq feet, 5 sleeping areas, a private hot tub, outdoor fire pit, multiple patios, a 2 car garage, 796 Forest Road is one of Vail's most coveted vacation rentals.The focus of the main living floor is the expansive windows, multiple seating areas, outdoor and indoor dining tables, and a two way fireplace.
The gourmet kitchen is stocked with basics for your mountain cooking enjoyment. Bath amenities, hair dryers, and linens are also included. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.
*Please Note: This house is very vertical. While it has a residential elevator, all renters should be willing and able to use the stairs. The elevator is recommended for luggage and groceries. We do our best to ensure the elevator is functioning at all times. If/when maintenance issues do come up with the elevator, we will not provide refunds.

The home is located on Forest Road—a prominent on-mountain street in Vail. It provides convenient access to Vail's Eagle Bahn Gondola. This home is walking distance to shopping, dining, spas, and the slopes of Vail Mountain. Easy access to Vail's Lionshead and Vail Villages. Vail's grocery store, pharmacy, and other essentials are a short drive from the home.
