Managing your home requires time and care. I have high standards for vendors, home quality, and communication. Included in my monthly management fee: Weekly property inspections and property related communication. I keep my owners informed, send relevant photos, and provide preventative maintenance recommendations as needed. Additional services available: vendor account set up, emergency response, project and remodel oversight, arrival preparation, concierge services.

Home Rentals

I have 15+ years of experience renting luxury properties in Vail and Beaver Creek.

I will onboard your home to popular online rental platforms and ensure other local rental agents know your home is available. I will rent your home through my strategic partnerships and extensive contact list of qualified renters. As your home rental manager, I will: manage bookings, respond timely to all reservation inquiries, communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay, stock the home with basic consumables, schedule housekeeping, perform pre & post stay walk throughs, handle renter payments and owner payouts, handle property related expenses, and ensure the home is in good working condition for each stay.

Rental management pricing varies by home size and desired occupied nights. My fees are competitive, but my service is exceptional.

Luxury rentals are treated as such… with bath amenities, kitchen & laundry basics, a gourmet grazing platter upon arrival, and an impressive bar stocked for VIP guests. I also act as a full-service concierge for each guest to ensure they’re taken care of, from the booking process throughout their stay.


A new home requires numerous items to make it functional and takes a great deal of time and energy, and having a trusted resource to rely upon is important. Let me, and my team of experts, facilitate the completion of your new home’s punch list. Meeting deliveries of furniture, setting up all systems, maintenance, contacting all utilities, the list is endless. This may include, but is not limited to: Coordinating and supervising subcontractor work in preparation for move-in, Meeting utilities for activation of services (cable, internet, etc.), Providing referrals for maintenance (landscaping, HVAC, hot tub, etc.), Meeting deliveries, unboxing, and organizing household FF&E, Outfitting of your home with OS&E (cleaning supplies, laundry & bath essentials, etc.), Coordinating a deep cleaning, or a construction cleaning if necessary, in preparation for move-in.

  • Tier 1: ‘A Little’ home organization for up to 3 hours. $300 + materials

  • Tier 2: ‘Maximum Support’ to onboard a home for up to 10 hours. Services customized to the owner’s requests and may include things such as: purchasing, receiving, organizing linen closets, laundry & kitchen essentials, bath amenities. $900 + materials

  • Tier 3: Full-service Onboarding to help an owner “move into” their newly purchased home. I’ll create a punch list alongside the owner of projects to be completed. I’ll assist in ordering, receiving, unboxing, and organizing new FF&E, OS&E, etc. I’ll work alongside sub-contractors, maintenance team, designers, etc. Custom pricing.

I have created a reputation for taking care of elite and exclusive clients and homes. I prioritize detail oriented care, quick response times, and service with a personal touch. I offer a full spectrum of services in addition to home care. If the Vail Valley is your home away from home, allow me to take the challenging and time consuming tasks off your hands, so you can relax from the moment you walk in the door. I have the inside track on how to book the very best. Common tasks I take on for homeowners are home organizing, home on boarding, grocery and consumable stocking, miscellaneous errands, concierge services, chef dinners, private transportation, and more. Allow me to coordinate home updates and projects, package deliveries, vehicle care, and other time consuming tasks.
