Managing your home requires time and care. I have high standards for vendors, home quality, and communication. Included in my monthly management fee: Weekly property inspections and property related communication. I keep my owners informed, send relevant photos, and provide preventative maintenance recommendations as needed. Additional services available: vendor account set up, emergency response, project and remodel oversight, arrival preparation, concierge services.

Vacation Rental Management

I have 15+ years of experience renting luxury properties in Vail and Beaver Creek.

I will onboard your home to popular online rental platforms and ensure other local rental agents know your home is available. I will rent your home through my strategic partnerships and extensive contact list of qualified renters. As your home rental manager, I will: manage bookings, respond timely to all reservation inquiries, communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay, stock the home with basic consumables, schedule housekeeping, perform pre & post stay walk throughs, handle renter payments and owner payouts, handle property related expenses, and ensure the home is in good working condition for each stay.

Rental management pricing varies by home size and desired occupied nights. My fees are competitive, but my service is exceptional.

Luxury rentals are treated as such… with bath amenities, kitchen & laundry basics, a gourmet grazing platter upon arrival, and an impressive bar stocked for VIP guests. I also act as a full-service concierge for each guest to ensure they’re taken care of, from the booking process throughout their stay.


Home Onboarding

A new home requires numerous items to make it functional and takes a great deal of time and energy, and having a trusted resource to rely upon is important. Let me, and my team of experts, facilitate the completion of your new home’s punch list. Meeting deliveries of furniture, setting up all systems, maintenance, contacting all utilities, the list is endless. This may include, but is not limited to: Coordinating and supervising subcontractor work in preparation for move-in, Meeting utilities for activation of services (cable, internet, etc.), Providing referrals for maintenance (landscaping, HVAC, hot tub, etc.), Meeting deliveries, unboxing, and organizing household FF&E, Outfitting of your home with OS&E (cleaning supplies, laundry & bath essentials, etc.), Coordinating a deep cleaning, or a construction cleaning if necessary, in preparation for move-in.
