This 4BR home is one of Vail's best vacation rentals! Besides the multiple outdoor spaces and spacious layout, it's located on Vail's most prestigious streets, making it walking distance to Lionshead and Vail Villages. Also steps from the Eagle Bahn Gondola.
It's generous floorpan of over 3,300 sq feet, 8 beds, a private hot tub, outdoor fire pit, sunny patio, a 2 car garage, 798 Forest Road is one of Vail's most coveted vacation rentals.
The gourmet kitchen is stocked with basics for your mountain cooking enjoyment. Bath amenities, hair dryers, and linens are also included.
*Please Note: This house is very vertical. While it has a residential elevator, all renters should be willing and able to use the stairs. The elevator is recommended for luggage and groceries. We do our best to ensure the elevator is functioning at all times. If/when maintenance issues do come up with the elevator, we will not provide refunds.
THE EXPERIENCE:
Our local house manager, Jessica, will be your point of contact throughout the entire process. After securing the reservation, she'll ensure your trip goes smoothly and offers her local knowledge with the best suggestions on dining, activities, transportation, and more. She can even arrange grocery delivery, ski/snowboard delivery, chefs, and more. That's the perk of staying with us - the personalized, five star service you get for the duration of your stay.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.
THE LOCATION:
The home is located on Forest Road—a prominent on-mountain street in Vail. It provides convenient access to Vail's Eagle Bahn Gondola. This home is walking distance to shopping, dining, spas, and the slopes of Vail Mountain. Easy access to Vail's Lionshead and Vail Villages. Vail's grocery store, pharmacy, and other essentials are a short drive from the home.
**There is a large construction project happening next-door. Refunds will not be given because of this.

“House was exactly as pictured stunning architecture. Fabulous views of Lionshead village ample room hot tub was amazing after a ski day on the slopes. Elevator was handy since the house, including the two car garage spans five stories with a main living area on the fourth floor. Each room has an en suite bathroom, which is very handy.”

Had a very nice stay.
“We had a very nice stay here. Location is amazing as its just a short walk to ski -- not ski in /ski out but you can carry your skis to the mountain. Usually in am one of us would pile the skis in the car and drop folks off as its the house is at the other end of the street. The kitchen and great room are great -- its the only communal room but fit all 8 of us. Hot tub was perfect after long day of skiing. Beds were comfortable.
